About The Provider

Prior to relocating to Colorado, Dr. Arthurs lived and worked in San Antonio, Texas.  He received his bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York where he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. He obtained his medical training at the University of Oklahoma, which is his home state. Dr. Arthurs’ general surgery residency and training took him to Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. From there, he completed his vascular surgery training at Cleveland Clinic Hospital. The first 12 years of his practice took him to San Antonio, Texas, where he was the Chief of Vascular Surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center. Dr. Arthurs is board certified in Vascular Surgery with extensive experience in all aspects of vascular disease.
