Yousef Mohammed Awad, MD

Yousef Awad, MD, is a hospitalist at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. He supports patients already admitted to the hospital, committed to providing attentive, high-quality care. He completed his medical education at Cairo University before going on to complete his residency at Southeast Health. Dr. Awad is board certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Awad is drawn to the fast-paced, high-acuity setting of hospital medicine and has a particular clinical interest in critical illness. He brings focus and dedication to caring for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments.

In addition to English, Dr. Awad is fluent in Arabic.

Originally from Palestine, Dr. Awad enjoys staying active and spending time at the gym outside of work.
