About The Provider
Before joining Intermountain Health, Dr. Xiantuo (Tim) Wu practiced at the Nevada Cancer Center in Las Vegas and at Shanghai Medical University’s Huashan Hospital. He enjoys applying the newest technology to complex cases and treatment including molecular oncology, targeted therapy, and immune therapy.
Dr. Wu earned his MBBS degree from Anhui Medical University and did his residency in internal medicine at Anhui Medical School Hospital. He holds a Doctor of Medical Sciences and a master’s in hematology from Shanghai Medical University. He did a residency in pathology at University of Texas Hospital in Dallas, a residency in internal medicine at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Dr. Wu is certified in hematology and medical oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has published more than 10 research articles in molecular biology and DNA break repair in professional journals.

Dr Wu is very easy to get to know and put u to ease at a very tough time of ur life. Thank goodness for me I am a very lucky person and fortunate with my type of cancer that I have or had I am very fortunate no major surgery etc. just keep Coming back for check ups every 6 months or so. VERY LUCKY.
