About The Provider
Kyle Jensen, FNP-C, is a Family Medicine provider at Intermountain Health's South Cache Valley Clinic. He supports patients and their families in Logan and throughout the Cache Valley, providing preventative care, disease management, acute illnesses, and other general practice conditions. Kyle believes treating each person individually and incorporating holistic care are critical to disease prevention and health maintenance. He is passionate about health education so that people feel informed and shared decision-making can be effective.
Kyle graduated from Weber State University in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and worked as a registered nurse for several years, specializing in acute medical and post-surgical care. He has been a clinical support resource for Intermountain Health at the Budge Clinic for several years. Kyle also recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati, where he trained as a family nurse practitioner.
The Cache Valley native and his wife have five children and love spending time together camping, fishing, hiking, playing games, and hanging out in the backyard.

He came in to the room with the positive attitude and the knowlege of what the plan was to get me feeling better. He explained what it was and how we were to move forward. When I left the clinic I was cheered up and had a positive attitude that the plan would work.
