Wyatt Horsley, MD, is a concierge medicine provider at Intermountain Health’s Park City Hospital in Park City, Utah. He supports patients in Park City, Snyderville, Kamas, and surrounding communities, providing care that prioritizes attention and comprehension, providing patients with ease of access and personalized care. Dr. Horsley is dedicated to offering an exceptional healthcare experience that resonates with his patients.

His journey into healthcare was profoundly shaped while studying at the University of Utah, where personal medical challenges led him to recognize the impact of physicians who go the extra mile and demonstrate a genuine concern for their patients’ well-being. Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, he finds the inherent ability in his role as a physician to change lives truly amazing.

Dr. Horsley was born and raised in Utah. He graduated with honors from the University of Utah in Economics and then worked for three years at the Huntsman Cancer Institute before receiving his medical degree from Ross University. He completed a family medicine residency at Indiana University, where he stayed as an attending physician for several years.

Outside his regular high-volume primary care practice, Dr. Horsley enjoyed working as an urgent care physician, teaching residents and students, and serving as medical director for a specialty clinic. When not helping patients, Dr. Horsley enjoys cooking, playing the piano, and exploring the mountains with his wife and their four children.
