About William Belot
About The Provider
William started his career in health care after obtaining a degree in occupational therapy. Before becoming a physician assistant (PA), he worked as a registered occupational therapist (OTR) in physical rehabilitation for seven years, treating acute conditions such as CVA and spinal injuries. His work as an occupational therapist took him to different parts of the United States before settling in Utah.
After practicing in Utah as an OT for a few years, he changed professions. He earned his Physician Assistant (PA-MS) in 2003 from the University of Utah and has since concentrated on orthopedics. He applied his knowledge of physical rehabilitation to his new career as a PA. After finishing his physician assistant (PA) degree, he worked four years in an orthopedic practice specializing in hip and knee replacements. In 2007, he had the opportunity to team up with Dr. Michael Holmstrom, joining his orthopedic practice, where he specializes in knee surgery, arthroscopy, and joint replacement.
William feels blessed to be involved in careers that allow him to serve individuals experiencing physical challenges.
