Whitney S. Wright, MD

Dr. Whitney "Shea" Wright is a neurohospitalist at Intermountain Health's Neurosciences Institute, where she is dedicated to delivering timely and effective acute stroke care. With a focus on stroke and vascular neurology, Dr. Wright excels in rapidly identifying patients who may benefit from life-saving therapies such as thrombolytics or thrombectomy.

Originally from Boise, Idaho, Dr. Wright chose to become a doctor because she values the opportunity to be there for patients during critical moments in their lives.

When she's not at work, Dr. Wright enjoys attending concerts, camping, hiking, knitting, and spending quality time with her family.
