I felt like he spent the extra time needed to show me and my wife the results of my test and to thoroughly explain the options. He also took great pains to explain all that was involved in the procedure that I had chosen. He assured us that he would be available to answer any further questions.

During my recent appt Dr. Harkness took time to ask questions and listen. Because he had requested that I wear a heart monitor for an additional time I appreciated his interest in getting more information. His recommendations during the appt also showed that he wants to continue to monitor at a level that will be the most helpful.

He was knowledgeable, explaining the pacemaker to me. He was sincerely concerned about my heart health. He and his scheduler did everything they could to find time for me asap. And expedited my insurance approval as well.
