Virginia Burrell, NP

Virginia “Gini” Burrell, NP, is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered cardiovascular care. Her clinical interests include general and interventional cardiology, with a particular passion for treating complex coronary artery disease and other challenging cardiac conditions that require thoughtful, multidisciplinary decision-making. She values collaborating with specialists and patients alike to develop individualized treatment plans that support the best possible outcomes.

Gini believes every patient deserves compassionate, dignified, and respectful care. She considers it a privilege to care for people during some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives and strives to build trusting relationships that foster open communication and shared decision-making. Her goal is to understand each patient's unique circumstances and provide evidence-based care that empowers them to take an active role in managing their health and improving their quality of life.

Originally from Newnan, Georgia, Gini has long dreamed of calling Colorado home and is excited to be part of the Grand Junction community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters and taking advantage of Colorado’s natural beauty by camping, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. In her downtime, she is an avid reader who loves discovering new coffee shops and browsing local bookstores.
