PROFESSIONAL BIO: Viet is an Associate Professor of Research and a Preventive Cardiology PA at Intermountain Health. He is adjunct faculty at the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions PA program. Viet has served as President of the Academy of PAs in Cardiology (APAC) and has served consecutive terms as Co-Chair of the American College of Cardiology Cardiovascular Team Physician Associate Work Group. He will serve as President of the Utah Academy of PAs, 2024-2025. He has strong interests in improving patient education and patient self-health efficacy.

Viet is amazing! He explained everything in a way I could understand. He was empathetic and caring and listened to my concerns. By the end of the appointment I felt confident in it plan moving forward and that I was in the best hands.

Viet is so amazing as a provider. He has a white board in the exam room and uses it to explain things. Its really helpful to have him use it to explain things better.
