Please learn to actually listen (without interrupting!), build trust and rapport (the constant interruptions and “corrections” were extremely frustrating!), and help provide the care the patient actually needs, even if it doesn’t seem to make sense to you!

Provides feedback in Laymans terms. Willing to explain in detail any questions I had. Didn’t seem rushed. This is a very important aspect for a patient when receiving care. I was under the impression I wasn’t on a treadmill or just a number.
