Veronica Fox, MD

Veronica Fox, MD, is a fellowship-trained physician specializing in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at Intermountain Medical Center's OB/GYN Specialists in Murray, Utah. She cares for women with chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, and other complex gynecologic conditions.

Dr. Fox values getting to know her patients, understanding the factors contributing to their symptoms, and developing personalized treatment plans that improve their quality of life. When surgery is needed, she uses minimally invasive techniques to make recovery as smooth as possible and help patients return to the activities that matter most to them. She strives to bring compassion, curiosity, and thoughtful attention to every patient she meets, and she enjoys educating patients throughout their journey so they feel empowered and confident as they make decisions about their health.

As a provider, Dr. Fox's goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to understand the person behind them and help patients get back to the life they love.

Dr. Fox grew up in Portland, Oregon, and has since called many places home, including Arizona, New York City, Tennessee, and Michigan. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two cats, exploring the outdoors, running, and experimenting with new recipes.
