She was helpful in my understanding of what was happening with my ears. She clearly explained my options for treatment and how effective these treatments could be. The situation made me feel emotional and when I tried to dismiss it she stopped and validated my sadness. She told me that it was absolutely something to allow myself to feel sad about but that we can try some options. I really appreciated that.
