Tyler Savage, NP, is a nurse practitioner at Southwest Cardiology dedicated to helping patients improve their health, enhance their quality of life, and achieve lasting wellness. With clinical interests in cardiology, family medicine, and orthopedic care, he takes a comprehensive approach to patient care, focusing on treating medical conditions and helping patients live healthier, more active lives.

Tyler is especially passionate about caring for patients with congestive heart failure. Having personally watched and helped family members navigate heart failure, he understands the profound impact cardiovascular disease can have on patients and their loved ones. This experience has fueled his commitment to helping individuals manage complex heart conditions, reduce symptoms, and improve their overall well-being.

Tyler earned his Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain University, where he developed the clinical expertise to care for patients with a broad range of healthcare needs. His diverse interests in cardiovascular health, primary care, and musculoskeletal conditions enable him to provide well-rounded care that addresses both immediate concerns and long-term health outcomes.

Outside the clinic, Tyler enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing the lifestyle that makes southern Utah unique. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and gardening, and values staying active while exploring the outdoors.
