About The Provider

Dr. Tyler Hanny is a Family Medicine provider at Intermountain Health's Logan Clinic. He supports patients and their families in the Cache County and Logan area, providing annual check ups, vaccines, and other general care. He chose Family Medicine because it allowed him to build lasting relationships with his patients, help them stay healthy and out of the hospital, and provide care to those who need it most. He is dedicated to the holistic well-being of his patients and looks forward to serving the Logan community.

Dr. Hanny pursued further education at Midwestern University in Arizona, earning a Master of Arts in Biomedical Sciences before attending medical school at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency in Flagstaff, Arizona, where he served the rural population of Northern Arizona and developed a passion for outpatient ambulatory care.

Dr. Hanny’s roots are in Cache Valley, but as the son of a military family, he grew up all over, living in Texas, Utah, Japan, Ohio, and Arizona. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biochemistry at Brigham Young University, where he met his lovely wife. Together, they have four amazing children.

When he is not working, Dr. Hanny enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors.

    Though our acquaintance has been brief, he has been knowledgeable and confident about my overall health, and comfortable in our interactions.
