Troy Schwartz, DO, is a family medicine physician at Intermountain Health’s East Logan Clinic in Logan, Utah. He supports patients in Cache Valley, Rich County, Box Elder County, Southeastern Idaho, and surrounding communities, providing care for women's health, lifestyle medicine, preventative care, sports injuries, diabetes, hypertension, and more. He sees patients of all ages for wellness visits and pediatric patients for well-child checks. Dr. Schwartz is dedicated to promoting lifestyle changes that can help prevent injuries and illnesses before they occur. His goal is to inspire and support patients in adopting healthy habits that improve their overall quality of life.

Dr. Schwartz is excited to be back in Cache Valley where he can reconnect with the community and share his medical expertise. As a provider, he approaches patient care as a partnership, dedicating himself fully to helping each individual achieve their health goals, by supporting and educating them on those necessary changes. Believing in the power of collaboration, he strives to foster a supportive environment where patients feel motivated and empowered to take charge of their own wellness journey.

Dr. Schwartz is from Smithfield, Utah and outside the clinic enjoys spending time with his family. He’s married to a fellow northern Utah native and together have four kids – two boys and two girls.
