Trey Moore, MD

Originally from New Albany, Indiana, Dr. Moore earned his undergraduate degree in Physics at Indiana University, where he also completed a Doctor of Medicine and a residency in Internal Medicine. He went on to train at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, completing fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. Dr. Moore returned to his home state of Indiana and built a successful data-driven electrophysiology program, focusing on innovative care for patients with atrial fibrillation. He relocated to Grand Junction in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience and his style of patient-centered care to the Western Slope. Dr. Moore’s clinical interests include arrhythmia management, cardiac ablation, left atrial appendage closure, cardiac rhythm management devices and hybrid atrial fibrillation ablation.

Married to his college sweetheart for more than 20 years, Dr. Moore has two children, two dogs and two cats. His hobbies include camping, hiking, skiing and paddleboarding on lakes and rivers.
