Trevor D Graves, NP

Trevor Graves is a nurse practitioner (NP) in neonatology at Intermountain Health’s American Fork Hospital in American Fork, Utah. He provides comprehensive care to newborn infants who are premature, critically ill, or have other conditions. Trevor's clinical interests are particularly focused on neurodevelopment and ventilator support, areas in which he strives to continually enhance his expertise.

As a caregiver, Trevor strives to create a collaborative approach in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), believing that the best patient outcomes are achieved when the entire team works together, leveraging individual strengths to overcome any weaknesses. He always wants what is best for the patient, and will work hard to ensure the best outcomes.

Hailing from Springville, Utah, Trevor is happily married and the proud father of four extremely active children. He enjoys family time, whether it's engaging in various sports or going on vacations.
