Traci L. Harris, LPC

Traci Harris, LPC, is a compassionate and dedicated addiction medicine counselor with Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, CO. She has more than 15 years of experience in helping individuals overcome substance use disorders and mental health challenges. With a deep commitment to healing and empowerment, Traci specializes in providing personalized counseling and therapy to clients struggling with addiction, working toward long-term recovery and improved well-being.

Holding a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Traci is especially interested in treating substance abuse patients with co-occurring mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. She is passionate about guiding clients through recovery in a non-judgmental, supportive environment, fostering self-awareness and resilience.

“I am interested in supporting individuals in whatever stage of recovery they may be in. I believe that each individual has a unique story and that this is no one-size-fits-all plan but that every person’s goals are individual to them. I want to help them reach these goals.”

Her approach combines empathy, active listening, and tailored care, ensuring clients receive the tools and support they need to rebuild their lives.

When not in the office, Traci enjoys spending time with her husband, three teenagers and five pets.
