Timothy Fowles, PhD

Timothy Fowles, PhD is an Associate Professor of Research and Health Services Research Director at Intermountain Health. As a practicing clinical psychologist, Dr. Fowles has a special interest in behavioral health interventions and systems and specializes in the implementation of evidence-based practice.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Fowles has implemented and researched a broad range of practices across health and human services organizations, including state and local government agencies, large and small healthcare systems, and nonprofit organizations. He has published implementation research findings in a variety of fields, including Critical Care, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics.

Dr. Fowles was born and raised in Utah, and he is a father of five, religious, and loves all things related to the outdoors, from trail-running to skiing.
