Tiffany Gust, NBC-HWC

Tiffany Gust holds a master’s degree in applied Exercise Science from Concordia University of Chicago and Certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist.  As a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach Tiffany believes that behavior change is the thread that weaves health and wellness with a roadmap to define your priorities and values in a collaborative effort.  She specializes in endurance sports and exercise testing, including Vo2 max and Functional Movement Screening with customized exercise programing.  As a World National Olympic Distance Age Group Qualifier, Tiffany has chased her dreams by competing in over 175 triathlons including 24 Ironman finishes.  She received “Ironman All World Athlete” by placing in the top 10% in the world in her age division.   When she isn’t training or racing, she enjoys hiking, pickleball, running and reading.   Tiffany’s greatest accomplishment is being a wife and mother of three and believes that her family is the heart of her success.
