Thuy (Tiffanie) Vuong Tran, NP

Thuy Vuong “Tiffanie” Tran is a family nurse practitioner (FNP) at Intermountain Health’s West Valley Clinic – Family Medicine in West Valley City, Utah. She supports patients in West Valley, Magna, Kearns, Taylorsville, and surrounding communities providing comprehensive healthcare for all ages, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans and more. Tiffanie especially enjoys providing patient education about medical conditions and its treatment. She wants patients to truly understand their health and the steps they can take to optimize their quality of life.

As a provider, Tiffanie believes in caring for her patients the way she would want her family members to be cared for. She focuses on collaborative care, believing that making decisions together based on the patient’s preferences and evidence-based practice produces the best outcomes.
