Thomas P. Rich, PT

I am a dedicated orthopedic physical therapist at the Health and Performance Center in St. George, Utah. As a key member of the spine team, I specialize in scoliosis and am passionate about treating a wide range of cervical and lumbar conditions, along with other musculoskeletal issues. I earned my physical therapy degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, and joined Intermountain Health in September 2023. A lifelong residefnt of St. George, I am deeply committed to serving my community. My mission is to support my patients in achieving their physical and mental well-being, whether they’re returning to work, sports, hobbies, or simply enjoying daily activities.

Outside of work, I am an avid Utah Jazz fan and enjoy playing various sports, with a special love for basketball and golf. I cherish time with my wonderful wife and two boys, exploring the great outdoors of Southern Utah through hiking, swimming, and more.
