Thomas M. Laskowski, LCSW

Thomas Mark Laskowski, LCSW, with Intermountain Health's Connect Care - Behavioral Health. He works with patient virtually and has practiced social work for more than three decades, working with people from many different walks of life who are ready to take the next step toward a fuller, more meaningful life. His philosophy is that we are all born with the desire — and the innate ability — to live a life worth living.

Thomas helps patients manage depression and anxiety, chemical dependency, trauma, sleep concerns, grief, and spiritual crisis, and he works with people on mindfulness and managing their mood in the moment. He also supports those who find themselves wondering where they fit in the world. He earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and holds undergraduate degrees in business administration and social work with a double major in psychology. He works with all populations and has been known to say, "All of us need a little help now and then."
