Dr. Theadora "Thea" Sakata is a family medicine provider at Cottonwood Family Medicine in Murray, supporting patients and their families in Salt Lake County. Her philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that no person is an island. Outside of work, the San Francisco native enjoys hiking, fly fishing, skiing, speedskating, or cheering on the Giants at a baseball game. She also enjoys gardening and experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen.
