Tasha Hortin, NP

Tasha Hortin is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in infectious diseases at Intermountain Health’s Utah Valley Clinic in Provo, Utah. She supports patients in Provo, Orem, Vineyard, and surrounding communities treating and diagnosing infections, and helping patients manage them.

Tasha is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care and works hard to listen to and understand her patients' questions and concerns so that she can provide the most appropriate treatment, education, and support for them. She is enthusiastic about helping people feel empowered in their healthcare journey and supports Intermountain Health's mission of helping people live the healthiest lives possible.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, she has lived in Utah for many years with her husband of 25 years and her four children. When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking in nature, traveling, and reading.
