I feel pretty lucky to be a patient of Dr. Christensen. I started seeing her years ago and have been so happy with her.

In reading my post visit note- it says that certain things were reviewed which were not ie ABCD of melanoma etc. It seems the note is probably pre-populated with the 'ideal' visit and adjusted with procedures done. This mode of charting might need to be re-considered or somehow be sure each patient does get all the items checked which are in the note. Otherwise, Dr Christensen is professional and thorough as always.
