Susan Griffeth, NP

Susan Griffeth, NP, provides cardiology services in Bozeman, Montana. Her clinical interests include preventive cardiology, coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathies, aortic stenosis, hypertension, and lipid management. She is especially passionate about caring for patients with coronary artery disease and cardiomyopathies, where healthy lifestyle changes and a focus on wellness can dramatically influence the course of disease. 

Susan’s philosophy of care is rooted in empathy, integrity, and the Golden Rule. She strives to treat every patient with the same compassion, respect, and attentiveness she would want for herself or her own family. She believes in meeting patients where they are, taking the time to listen, and building trusting partnerships centered on understanding, healing, and prevention. Outside of work, Susan is an avid fly fisher and enjoys camping, hiking, thrifting, traveling, and getting creative with all kinds of crafts.
