Susan Farnsworth, NP

Susan “Susie” Farnsworth, NP, is a nurse practitioner at Cedar City Oncology Clinic, where she provides compassionate, patient-centered care in oncology and hematology. Her clinical interests center on blood disorders and blood cancers. She finds particular meaning in curative cases—supporting patients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives and celebrating with them as they recover and move forward.

Susan’s approach to care is grounded in the belief that every person deserves dignity, respect, and compassion. She understands that healing goes beyond treating a diagnosis and requires caring for the whole person—their values, experiences, and what matters most to them. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with her patients, taking the time to listen and walk alongside them throughout their cancer journey.

Originally from California, Susan moved with her family to Enterprise, Utah, in 1995. After graduating from Enterprise High School, she spent time away before returning in 2014 to raise her own family.

Outside the clinic, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and children, who keep life fun and engaging. She loves reading—especially thrillers and mysteries—watching documentaries, and listening to true-crime podcasts on her commute.
