It was the first time she had seen me. She asked the right questions and listened to my answers though the appointment was only scheduled for 30 minutes. Waiting for my bloodwork, she came back in to clarify a point. The results were available (amazingly) the next day. She called that day to discuss the results with me. All excellent.

Dr. Chinta showed a serious lack of communication and follow-through. I was in severe pain and needed medication urgently, but she prescribed the wrong form, and the prescription required prior authorization. The insurance company told me it was a basic mistake in the duration. This experience showed a complete lack of care for the patient. No follow-up, no responsibility, and repeated mistakes. I would not recommend Dr. Chinta to anyone.
