Rueger is so great with all my sons. She builds their confidence in their own care...explaining in a way they can understand without judgement. I've seen my son make some changes himself (at 13) based on what he learned in his appointment. Because he wasn't shamed during his appointment, he is able to hear some new things to help him make good decisions for food and exercise. Thank you Dr. Rueger.
