Dr. Suaka Kagbo-Kue was born in Nigeria, where she obtained her medical degree from the University of Port Harcourt. She completed her residency through the Morehouse School of Medicine and its affiliated Grady Hospital. She also completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology and subspecialized in Transplant Hepatology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona.
Due to her passion for health equity and healthcare access for patients, especially those with chronic liver diseases, Dr. Kue has remained involved in clinical research, community engagement, and volunteering throughout her career. Outside of work, Dr. Kue enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling.

There were miscommunications that contributed to the issues we had during this appointment, but I only found out about them when our appointment was over. I wish she had clarified information with me that would have cleared up the miscommunication and prevented further issues.
