He’s the best!

Dr. Aird is great. It’s someone else’s fault for dropping the ball on not sending a urine culture out for a patient coming in for a possible uti.

We love Dr. Aird. He took care of my 3 boys and their strep throat even when his clinic schedule was full.

We are absolutely amazed and grateful for the exceptional care Dr. Aird provides. He always goes above and beyond to make sure our daughter receives not only the attention she needs but also the extra care and support every parent hopes for. Dr. Aird truly listens to every concern and takes the time to explore different solutions for our daughter’s health needs. He pays close attention to detail, considers her unique situation, and is always open to discussing options to find the best possible outcome. He’s compassionate, patient, and very trustworthy. He makes our daughter feel comfortable and valued as the patient, and as a parent, I always feel confident knowing we’re in great hands. He consistently follows up, remembers past visits, and even accommodates our schedule, sometimes staying later than planned just to make sure we’re seen. Dr. Aird is an outstanding pediatrician, and we feel so lucky to have him caring for our daughter. Truly one of the best!

My baby has been sick for 3 weeks now. I have been two other times with other providers at Northern Utah Pediatrics and I left feeling frustrated. I felt they didn't care or even listen. Dr. Aird listened and actually heard me. He made sure think through every scenario it could be. My babies ears were blocked with ear wax. He decided to have them cleaned out. Afterwards he was able to see an ear infection. The other providers just said there was a lot wax. All this time my baby has had an ear infection but they didn't seem to care or listen. I'm so grateful he took his time with us.

Our kids really like Dr. Aird, they take him serious when needed, but there’s always some laughing and joking so things always end on a good note

I appreciate him remembering (or looking at notes) on how to pronounce my kids' names.

Thank you, Dr. Aird, for taking the time to truly listen during our visit. I really appreciated how patient and attentive you were—not only in addressing our concerns, but in making sure all our questions were answered without ever making us feel rushed. Your calm and respectful approach made a big difference and helped us feel heard, understood, and confident in the care you provided. We’re so grateful for your kindness and professionalism.

What stood out most was how you took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we understood the next steps. You treated us like people, not just patients, and that means a lot to our family.
