I am strongly committed to help guide my patients to understand the power of food over medicine to heal the body from insulin resistance causing problems with typer 2 diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, gestational diabetes, PCOS, etc. I also encourage my patience to learn the power of connection with self and others through understanding truth vs. distortion and personal responsibility, honesty and humility. I love life and love to trail run, mountain bike, rock climb, do triathlons and hang in my hammock with family and friends and scouts.
