As mentioned in previous comments, love Dr. Harter. He's professional and friendly and he never makes the appointment feel rushed. Takes his time to get to know you and asks about your family. Very caring and thoughtful. Performs a thorough check up.

I love Dr. Harter!

Dr. Harter has delivered my last four children. He has always been kind, informative and courteous. I never left his office feeling I didn't receive proper care. Even when I had emergency circumstances he was there to deliver my baby in the early morning hours. I have talked to many people and someone always has a great story to tell about how Dr. Harter has helped their family even saving peoples lives by catching other aliments during pregnancy. I would always recommend Dr. Harter to any woman seeking an OBGYN.

If there was a rating higher than very good I would pick it. Dr Harter has been my Dr for over 20 years, he is one of the best Doctors I have ever had.

His surgery technique is amazing. I had repeat c-section with him and I left after 2 nights in the hospital.
