Stephanie A. Obradovich, PT

Stephanie Obradovich, PT, is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Park City, in Park City, Utah, where she specializes in neurologic rehabilitation. She treats individuals with central nervous system conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and multiple sclerosis, with a clinical focus on balance training, motor learning, gait training, and wheelchair and adaptive equipment assessments.

Stephanie is passionate about helping individuals with neurologic conditions achieve their highest level of function and independence. Supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey is something she considers a privilege, and she values being part of the Park City community she serves.

Through her work at Intermountain Health, Stephanie has participated in efforts to standardize stroke care and has presented at statewide forums on effective neurologic treatment interventions. She is also excited to collaborate with movement disorder neurologists to help advance exceptional care for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys trail running through the aspens, cross‑country skiing, reading, and gardening. She also loves spending time with her husband, two sons, and their dog.
