Spencer Wilhelm, DO

Spencer Wilhelm, DO, is a family medicine physician at Intermountain Health's White Sage Clinic in Delta, Utah. He provides full-spectrum care for patients of all ages with clinical interests include women's health, obstetrics, men's health, pediatrics, geriatrics, endoscopy, and office-based procedures such as orthopedic injections, skin biopsies, cyst removals, and IUD and Nexplanon placement and removal. He especially enjoys acute care in both the clinic and emergency room settings, as well as performing procedures ranging from skin biopsies to vasectomies to colonoscopies.

His philosophy of care is rooted in comprehensive, relationship-centered medicine—caring for patients from the clinic to the ER to procedures with skill, humility, and continuity. He believes rural patients deserve the same high-quality, evidence-based care available anywhere else, delivered with practicality, resourcefulness, and deep respect for the community he serves. Above all, his goal is to manage each patient's health together with them.

Originally from St. Johns, Arizona, Dr. Wilhelm lives with his wife, three children, and their dog. Outside of work, he enjoys anything outdoors, including fly fishing, spearfishing, scuba diving and freediving, hiking, and camping.
