Dr. Spencer Hegerhorst is a primary care physician in Billings, MT, with a strong focus on preventive medicine and patient education. Dr. Hegerhorst earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University – Idaho and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience. He completed his family medicine residency through Southern Colorado Family Medicine’s Rural Training Track, where he gained extensive experience in providing comprehensive care in rural settings.

Committed to building strong, collaborative relationships, Dr. Hegerhorst takes a proactive, personalized approach to help his patients stay healthy at every stage of life.

When not working, Dr. Hegerhorst can be found hunting, fishing, camping, backpacking, playing the piano or guitar, wood or metalworking or participating in shooting sports.
