Sonya Woudstra, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition, has dedicated the past 20 years to supporting patients through every stage of cancer treatment and recovery. With deep expertise in oncology nutrition, she helps individuals navigate complex treatment journeys by providing evidence‑based guidance tailored to their unique needs. Her philosophy is rooted in bio‑individuality, recognizing that each patient’s body, experience, and goals require a personalized and compassionate approach.

Sonya is passionate about helping patients nourish their bodies with confidence and care. She focuses on optimizing strength, managing treatment related side effects, and improving overall quality of life through practical nutrition education. Her goal is for every patient to feel seen, empowered, and supported during their time in the clinic, creating a space where questions are welcomed, and individualized solutions are prioritized.

Outside of her work, Sonya finds joy in spending time outdoors with her husband and two young children. Whether hiking, camping, or fly fishing, she loves exploring nature with her family. She also enjoys reading, baking, and is currently learning both pickleball and Mahjong—new hobbies that bring her a sense of fun and balance.
