Shuree Sorensen, LCSW

Shuree was born and raised in the Ogden area, but loves to travel and experience different cultures. She completed her Bachelors Degree in Social Work at Weber State University and then went on to get her Masters Degree in Social Work from Walla Walla University. Shuree has worked extensively doing crisis counseling in a hospital setting and helping individuals stabilize their life. Shuree can work with individuals who have depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and those who have been victims of abuse. She works with a variety of individuals and families, from adolescents to adults. She uses brief solution focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and motivational interviewing to help individuals who are at their worst become their best self. While she doesn't do the work for you, she wants to be there for every step of the way.
