Shukairo M. Baker, NP

Shukairo "Shay" Baker is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatric mental health, bringing 15 years of experience to her role with Intermountain Health’s Connect Care. Her clinical interests include trauma-informed care, obesity, healthcare disparities, integrative mental health, and polypharmacy management for individuals with complex psychiatric needs.

Dr. Baker believes in empowering patients to take control of their mental health. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Dr. Baker enjoys culinary therapy through cooking, traveling the world, and spending time with her family when she's not working.
