Shannon McCluskey

Shannon McCluskey earned her degree in Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 1993 and has more than 30 years of experience helping individuals improve their health through exercise. As an Exercise Physiologist, she specializes in working with clients managing arthritis, joint replacement, weight loss, fall-risk prevention, cancer, and cardiac and pulmonary conditions. Shannon's greatest passion is helping individuals gain the knowledge and confidence they need to exercise independently and maintain an active lifestyle. Her professional background also includes more than 23 years of massage therapy practice and an ACE Medical Exercise Specialist certification earned in 2018.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, and has a love for the outdoors.
