Shaelle Pulley, NP

Shaelle “Elle” Pulley, FNP-C, is a dedicated primary care provider serving the Pahrump community. She is passionate about delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan, with a particular interest in women’s health. Elle finds the greatest fulfillment in helping patients better manage chronic conditions, empowering them through education, and advocating for their overall well-being. She values building strong relationships with her patients and supporting them in understanding and navigating their healthcare journeys.

Outside of her clinical work, Elle enjoys gaming, spending quality time with her family, and exploring the outdoors.
