My daughter felt she was actually listened to and her concerns were validated, and she got the answers explained to her a way she was able to understand

I think she is personable and kind. She validated the experience, but yet, there was no explaination of how my concerns and hunch of what else could be going on could or could not be true. Maybe she feels she did but if so then it was over my head.
