Sean Kiesel, DO

Sean Kiesel, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician at River Road Clinic in St. George. A proud St. George native, Dr. Kiesel is deeply committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to his community.

Dr. Kiesel’s clinical interests include preventive care visits, weight management, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, cancer detection, anxiety, depression, and overall wellness. He is especially passionate about preventive medicine and weight-loss-focused visits, where he helps patients make meaningful lifestyle changes that improve the course of many chronic conditions.

He believes strong patient relationships are built on clear communication, trust, and a shared focus on prevention. Known for being approachable and easy to talk to, Dr. Kiesel takes pride in listening carefully and collaborating with patients to address their concerns and find effective solutions. While he enjoys managing a wide range of medical conditions, he finds caring for patients with mental health concerns especially rewarding.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kiesel’s greatest joy comes from being a husband and a father. He and his wife are raising their three children, who keep life busy and fulfilling. When he has time, he is an avid archery elk hunter, a passion that comes second only to his dedication to his family.
