Savanna L. Huerta, DPT

Savanna Huerta is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Logan Physical Therapy in Logan, Utah. She cares for patients across Cache, Rich, and Box Elder counties and surrounding communities, with a specialized focus on pelvic health.

Savanna has practiced physical therapy since 2022 and developed a strong passion for pelvic rehabilitation after her own experience with pelvic floor dysfunction during pregnancy. She is dedicated to empowering postpartum women by helping them restore confidence, strength, and function in their bodies. Savanna is a Herman & Wallace–trained pelvic floor therapist and values providing compassionate, education‑focused care.

Outside of work, Savanna is passionate about overall wellness, health, and exercise. She enjoys running marathons, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with her family.
