Sarah Wallace

Sarah Wallace is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at Intermountain Health's Logan Regional Hospital in Logan, Utah. She supports patients in Cache Valley, and surrounding communities, where she partners with patients to support their health and well-being through personalized nutrition care. She helps individuals manage a range of conditions, including weight management, diabetes, heart disease, and inflammatory bowel syndrome, meeting each patient where they are with practical, supportive guidance.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family. She loves being active with her children—camping, hiking, swimming, fishing, going for walks, and playing at the park together.
