Sarah E. Gilmore, DPT

I am a physical therapist practicing orthopedics and specialize in post-operative knee and shoulder rehabilitation as well as sports rehabilitation.

I have been practicing for close to 20 years, specializing in knee and shoulder injuries. I first became Interested in physical therapy when I suffered multiple soccer injuries in high school and college. I have always had a passion for sports and got my bachelor's degree at the University of Northern Colorado with a certification in Athletic Training. I worked at local high schools for over 10 years treating all sports injuries. I am passionate about helping others return to activities they enjoy, and athletes return to the sports they love. I grew up in Cottonwood Heights and enjoy recreating in the Wasatch mountains including trail running, hiking, mountain biking, and skiing. I graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctorate in physical therapy and continue to enjoy watching Utah sports.
