About The Provider
Sarah Harrison is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Logan Physical Therapy in Logan, Utah. She cares for patients across Cache, Rich, and Box Elder counties and surrounding communities, with a primary focus on neurological rehabilitation. Her clinical experience also includes orthopedics, pediatric therapy, and neurorehabilitation.
Sarah serves as the lead physical therapist for the LSVT BIG program, an evidence‑based treatment developed for people with Parkinson’s disease. This program can also benefit individuals with other neurological conditions, including stroke, multiple sclerosis, and balance or movement disorders.
Sarah finds working with neurologic patients especially meaningful, as it allows her to build strong relationships through one‑on‑one care and witness the progress patients achieve through dedication and hard work. She is passionate about supporting patients throughout their recovery journey and helping them regain confidence in their movement.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and their four young children. Together, they love being active outdoors—hiking, skiing, waterskiing, playing or coaching soccer, and trying new adventures as a family.
