About Sarah Brook

About The Provider

Sarah earned her bachelor's degree in Dance from Brigham Young University but could always be found with the dance trainer who was a PT. Sarah has a unique background and passion for learning about the human body and movement. She has experience teaching dance to all genres and ages. While completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah, Sarah was a volunteer teacher for Grey Matter’s: Dance for Parkinson’s, which promotes movement, wellness and health in that population. Her dream is to someday combine her knowledge of physical therapy and her knowledge of dance into her work; to teach a dance class for all abilities. Her unique background led to many opportunities to learn from a wide range of experience including orthopedic, sports, vestibular, osteopathic, cardiovascular, neurological, geriatrics and pediatrics. She is trained in pelvic floor for pediatrics and continues to expand her skills. Sarah was born in Salt Lake City, UT, but has lived all over the United States. She enjoys the outdoors, plays softball, loves to travel, learns languages and is an avid reader in her spare time.
